10. Make sure “User / Data Area” is selected (and User Boot Area is not selected) and then

click on the icon to the left

and browse for the file you wish to download.

Typically the .mot will be in the “debug” or the “release” sub-folder of the project folder (for all the

sample code, the .mot file will be in the “debug” sub-folder).

11. With the RLCD board powered (and SW5 MUST be set to “NORMAL”), hold SW3 and toggle

the reset switch.

12. Click on the icon “Program Flash” In the output window, you will see a progress bar and a final

message “Image successfully written to device”.

13. Then click the icon “Disconnect”

14. Disconnect and reconnect power and the Demo code will run. Note if you upgrade to a newer

version of FDT, the K8P3215UQB2378.fcf file will still be in the original FDT 3.07 folder.
